OUR MISSION

    The law firm of Charles M. Kilpatrick has as its mission to provide quality legal representation for each and every client.  At no charge to each client, we will assist with obtaining high quality medical treatment; we will assist with obtaining high quality repair or replacement of your vehicle; we will assist with obtaining a rental vehicle; and we will evaluate all of the facts of your claim and the available insurance coverage.  Our fee is limited to the personal injury recovery, which we will negotiate or litigate on your behalf.

    Being involved in an automobile accident or other injury is generally a one-time experience.  For our office, helping people at this critical point of their lives is an everyday service we provide.
