Charlie Kilpatrick has been a practicing trial lawyer in Carson City, Nevada, since graduation from UCLA Law School in 1975. Charlie Kilpatrick has successfully litigated cases involving criminal defense, commercial litigation, family law, and, of course, personal injury law since 1976. He now practices exclusively in the area of personal injury law and wrongful death.
Charlie is proud of his many years of community involvement in youth sports and has served as past president of the Carson City Little League and Carson City Babe Ruth organizations. Charlie is also a supporter of Volunteer Attorneys for Rural Nevada (VARN) where he has provided pro-bono services.
A supporter of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association since 1982, Charlie served as a past member of the board of governors for the NTLA.
Charlie is married with two children and has resided in the Carson City area since 1975.
